I have a humax receiver, everything works fine (i can find all the
satelites)

Now i have a second receiver (dreambox), when i store the position in this
receiver, my humax lose the positions.

Who can help me with this ? I read many forums but never about this problem.

What kind information you must know to give me a answer ?

thanks,
Nicolai.

Hmmm dont think that is possible with 2 diff rcvrs. Not totally sure though,
im sure the pulse count would be diff from one rcvr to another hence you
lossing on one rcvr. I assume you have a dual c-band lnbf and trying to
control the arm with both rcvrs?
If i remember right u have to go back to the original position you started
from then use the other rcvr. Do you have some sort of control box on tha
actuator arm as to stop the voltage entering the other rcvr?

You should use only one of the receivers to move the dish.

Use one receiver as dish mover and loop the second receiver output through
the first one typically by putting output of second receiver into ant input
of first one and using remote to change signal source

I do this with three of mine, satcruiser controls coship3188C and 4DTV
controls it and satcruiser

you have the dish controlled by diseqc, the receivers dont' actually move
the dish but sends commands like "goto sat n. xx", and there's no feedback,
the dish don't say "i'm on sat xx".

once you understand this you know that before using a receiver you must let
it issue a command, this may involve to move to a random sat temporarily

eg. box is on sat A, dish on sat B = no signal

so move to B, C... and then A
