Cant find a way to flash MSI Eclipse

I have a MSI-Eclipse SLI and can't use the live update or live update3 because i am running vistax64

on the bios download page it says i cant download the bios files directly, i must use the live update... and i cant.

Oh wow... that's a fail moment by the manufacture. That's one stupid idea (to require to flash BIOS from Windows, lol!).

edit: Anyways, the reason MSI forces you to use Live Update is because the onboard BIOS flashing util will brick the board 99% of the time. That's just an EPIC fail.

Anyways, OP why are you trying to update BIOS any ways?

I cant download from those links

And the reason i want to update is because i cant get a stable overclock on my cpu.

I hear all these reviews about how the core i7 is such an amazing overclockable cpu and i can BARELY get past factory default.

I thought flashing the bios may help, but with MSI's lack of support, im wishing i had went with the asus board...

^Problem is you bought a board built by a mediocre manufacture. Can you return it? If so get a Gigabyte or ASUS.
