Startup problems

so ive been having problems with my new PC. bought it a couple weeks ago. After i type my password to login, the whole system freezes. This happens only at random it seems, causing me to flip the I/O switch and reboot. If it doesnt freeze, the system works perfectly fine. i figure its probably a memory issue, please help me resolve this.

If you bought this machine a couple of weeks ago, you need to get the mfr to fix it ASAP, and at no charge!

guess i fixed it, i did a system restore to pretty much the day i bought it....i did install a new case fan, new heatsink, and new power supply, you guys think 650W is enough, or should i take that back and go for a 1000W one?

Please list your hardware.
650W is enough for a good average PC.

Where did you buy your PC from? Having to install all these things on a new PC doesn't seem right.
