Hi,

I am planning to play a video file on pocket pc. The file is not for
streaming but it is a file on local dongle or memory. i guess this is not a
problem but the catch is

1. "Audio for the same file can be a male voice or a female voice depending
upon user's choice". Video is always same.

2. Is it possible to play some video file frame by frame where all the
frames has got some priority. Here a frame can be a video of 1- 4 minutes,
but it should satisfy the above requirement of 2 different voices.
If this is not possible then can we have different-different small files
which can be played in a particular sequence depending on user's choice.

3. can i cutomize media encoder to match music to appropriate program steps
in a video file and adjust volume ratio to narrations. Am i supposed to use
something like adobe premier for the above.

4. can we use DRM while satisfying above requirements ?

5. The application should be compatible with all the versions of PPC.

I am looking into Windows media encoder and player for the above but yet to
get a proper solution for the above.

please let me know if you have any means of satisfying any or all of the
above requirements.

regards,
Puneet
