I CAN NOT START MY COMPUTER AS IT CONTINUES TO TELL ME
THAT i HAVE A SECURITY ACCOOUNTS MANAGER
PROBLEM...INTITIALIZATION FAILED...HANDLE IS
INVALID...ERROR # OZC0000008. dOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS
IS AND HOW i CAN FIX IT WITHOUT HAVING TO ERASE MY WHOLE
HARD DRIVE?
