I wouldn't even waste my time trying to call A a gaming PC... it's got integrated graphics and a celeron...

2nd one's not much better with a pentium-d but at least it has a somewhat acceptable video card...

You can still buy those processors? Ugh.... Seriously - go with something like an E2180 - they're not that much more expensive... And A uses a CRT? What's up with that? B's graphics card isn't the best - maybe if you toned down the hard drive a few GBs you could get a slightly better one...
