how do i fix message "out of memory error at line 708"?

It comes up in Internet Explorer. OS is XP.

It seems to be a low virtual memory error, try going to control panel - system - advanced - performance settings - advanced tab - change - set the memory to system managed. Restart PC. See if you get error again.

Thank you very much for your input. I have made those changes and will hope the messages does not come back up.
