Ideal turbo v settings asus

pls i have no idea about this kind of stuff and i just want to have my settings always the same, but what is the best setting,
i dont really want to stress my pc just keep it stable

You'll need to give a lot more info... like, you know, what CPU you have...

Anyway if you want stable just leave it stock.
