i plan on getting the crosshair IV formula mobo with a 1090t in it

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

i plan on getting the CM 212+ to cool it

I was wondering if the push pull config with the fans would get in the way of my ram

i would be using the G.SKILL Flare 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

also if you suggest any other ram/ cpu heatsink i would be open to new, better ideas in that area.

Thanks much

P.S have a full tower case
