Windows XP Pro mouse and keyboard accidentally disabled?

I disabled the human interface for mouse and keyboard. How can I enable it again?

i tried but because the keyboard and mouse is not working and that's my problem. i recently moved from other state and cannot find my OS cd.

To get into Safemode you press F8 before the Windows screen appears

If your keyboard does not even do that then it has nothing to do with Windows.

When you reboot your PC .. do you see any lights flash on the keyboard ?
Can you test the keyboard/mouse on another PC ?

I disabled the mouse and keyboard in TASKS MANAGER. That's what I'm trying to find out on how to access it again so I can enable it.

Safemode should allow you to use your keyboard and mouse .. odd that it doesn't work for you ...

Can you try using different USB ports ?
Try booting with just keyboard ?
Try a different keyboard or mouse ?

take note that in task manager, I disabled the mouse and keyboard accidentally that's the reason why mouse and keyboard are out of service. I tried F8, F2 and F12 and won't work.

Task Manger .. don't you mean Device Manager ?

You can force XP to go into Safemode by letting it boot and before it has finished loading (i.e. you see the green horizontal bar) turn the power off. XP will know it did not boot last time and go into safemode.

Then try system restore to before you disabled
