Just ordered the new EVGA GTX 460 1gb (Already sold out on newegg) anyways I am absolutely going to overclock this card. To all you GTX 460 owners, what kind of overclock can i expect, and what have you reached? I want to get all I can out of this card. Thank you again Toms

Proof ?
I'm not saying the 1gb is not consistently a little faster. But its never large.

This conclusion makes it easy to justify either buy.

Performance wise it remains difficult to justify the extra 256MB memory and 8 ROP clusters over the cheaper 768MB models. The difference is not huge but definitely can be measured. In the long run the extra 256MB memory however will be a saver bet. especially with upcoming DX11 titles long shaders and huge textures might benefit from some more frame buffer.
