Just gonna be watching bluy rays, using internet explorer, playing Counter Strike Source i have a 19 inch 1440x900 lcd
or should i spend more and getter a better card

HD4670 or HD4830*. Definitely not 9500GS.

Skip the 9500GS - see the HP forum site Desktop/hardware reference to this card. Close to a 100 posts with I see 5000 views on at least the first post. Reports of major problems and MULTIPLE fan replacements.

Since you are asking this comparison and assuming HP machine - check into the Barracuda 7200.11 issue on Seagate drive!
