I wouldn't go with that mobo unless you are going to go 3-way sli, and you can't with that video card. go with asus p6t deluxe v2. I would also go with a 6gb kit of ram. check these out:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227381

Also I believe the Noctua cpu cooler is overpriced, you can get a coolermaster v8 for $15 less which is just about as good.

Are going to quad SLI with your video cards? If not, that 1000w psu is unnecessary and you could go with the corsair 750tx

Yeah should be fine. What is the budget you have? If you have more money to work with, 2 velociraptors in Raid 0 would be a big boost in performance and you could use that other drive as a storage drive, or you could up it to a 1tb drive for storage.

The velociraptors will run $300 a piece.

With that kind of a budget, if you go with the RAID, buy a 3rd one and run them in RAID 5. It is basically the same as RAID 0, except you have a parity drive to back up the data. It comes in handy when your array is degraded or fails and you have to rebuild it.
