Recommend me a Fan Controller

I am having a hard time picking one. I was going to go for the Sentry LX but after reading a lot of reviews it makes it sound like a piece of junk. So I thought I would look for a simpler one but I can't seem to find one that I like.

What I am looking for:
NO blue LEDs!
I would like it to have red LEDs so I can see it in the dark.

It will be controlling:
