Disable USB Ports

is there any possibility to disable usb port without administrator rights?

Are you looking to disable all USB, or just certain ones? What OS?

You can turn off USB support in the BIOS. You can also disconnect the headers to USB ports in the case (thought this won't help the ones on the motherboard on the back).
