Asus m2n-sli deluxe help

hi there i was wondering if anyone can help me ive had 2 of these boards thought last just died, but just got a new one other day however get the exact same thing happen to it....
my pc can start and all will go on however my monitor switches off like in hibernation but wont come back on at first thought was monitor problem, but thats fine, then graphics got it replaces still happened, then changed motherboard still happening, ive noticed that one my temps are extremely high on CPUID all the time not just on load, now im not really great with pcs or that sorry.

this problems doing my head in ive spent a fortune tring to figure it out wish i really just built a new pc now tbh lol.... heres a little bit of the CPUID not sure what the Temperature sensor 1 is for but its at that all the time usually higher and ive not tried on load this is the only thing i think myself can be screwing my pc up left tbh >< would appreciate any help..... ty and sorry for trouble.

hi i downloaded everest found out my mohterboards sitting on 73ish all the time thats doing nothing..... any ideas whats up with this ????
