My usb drive not detected in disk manager

Hi,
My usb drive is 2GB Transcend. It is detected in Explorer. But didn't show any files. I tried to format it, but it can't able to figure the size of my drive. Also it can't able to format.

Also it is not detected in ComputerManagement >> Disk Management.

When usb drive is not detected in disk management, there are many reasons including,

virus attack
bad boot sector
usb driver needs to be upgraded

You may search the brands of your usb and update the driver or you may try some recovery program like http://www.icare-recovery.com/data-recovery-software.html to restore lost files.

Note: never write new files before you perform a data recovery from the drive.
