I'm gonna make this concise:
-----------------------
AMD 64-Bit 3700+
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
Corsair PC2700 2x512MB
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128Mbit)
Enermax Tomahawk 500W (12V:18A)
Seagate 120GB 7200 RPM IDE HDD
Lite-On 16x DVD+RW
-----------------------

Had issues with my PC restarting, had an old Thermaltake Noisetaker PSU, so I figured to replace it. Things seemed to be fine, but playing Warcraft 3 this morning left me with similar results, PC rebooted. Fresh install of XP, no viruses or spyware, no overheating issues indicated by Speedfan.

Is my PSU still not enough amperage for this system? How can they indicate that it's multicore and PCI-e ready when they can't support old 8xAGP technology builds?

Ever look into your ram? your running only pc 2700's on 1gb.

try to run the standard amount for most games these days. but, im not sure your computer can take 2gb.

Your PSU is has well enough power. Rebooting is either caused by memory, could be the low end hdd.

Will try this, thank you.

Edit: The PC2700 was a mistake, I thought I was using a different PC. This one is Corsair PC3200 (200MHz) 3-3-3-8

Update:

Memtest.86+ detected no errors in my memory. Whenever playing a game, monitor will just lose signal after about 10-20 minutes, and then there's no way to get it back on without restarting the computer. No errors in EventViewer... last time I had this error it was solved by getting a new PSU, so you guys think this isn't a PSU problem?

Id look to your video card. It may just be getting old and flaking out once a load is applied. Does it happen in all games or just one? Does it ever crash out while just browsing, etc.?
