how come every time i open my cpu it says no signal

How do you "open your cpu" ?
If you see No Signal on your monitor it probably means it's not getting any video input from the PC.

Guessing he/she means "case", I speak to lots of non-tech people who use the terms "CPU", "Processor" & "Hard Drive" to say "case" or "computer (excluding peripherals)".

If it is indeed the CPU that's opened then, ermm...

Same, some people mistaken they're CPU for the whole computer. I remember seeing this one man bring his monitor in this computer shop thinking it was his computer lol.

Come on guys, this one is easy, he obviously has a pebkac problem. To resolve it what you do is the following:

1. Unplug everything from your cpu
2. Put everything in the original box if you have it, otherwise any box will do.
3. Ship it back to where you bought it from
