Gear:
-430W PS
-ATI 4870HD 1 gig
-ASUS PCG5/MX 1333
-Intel Core Duo 2.4
-In-Win B2 case
-3 gig generic ram
-Seagate 500GB

I recently bought a new case, put all my components in it from my old comp (did not place 1394 on USB). In the installation I always uncharged myself on the case before touching components. I turned my power supply on and the motherboard didn't even show any sign of life except for the LED. So I unplugged everything but the vid card and motherboard, I'v tried a different case and a different power supply, taking out the battery\putting it back in and pressing the power switch for 15sec +. Any idea what's going on?

You seem to have done everything right ,,did you make sure of all the connections??,
if so ,then the only thing left to do is to breadboard it,also you might check your cpu making sure that it is securely installed..:)
