How to find standard cmos feature on windows xp

Hello,Dell dimension e521 using windows xp receive error message diskette drive 0 seek failure.
were do i find standard cmos feature to check the drive

There is not floppy error check in the BIOS. Make sure your cable is hooked up correctly. Try a new disk and/or drive.
