Save yourself $40 and a LOT of headaches and get one of these kits:

G.SKILL 4GB Kit F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ $40+0 1/24/09
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122

Kingston 4GB DDR2 KVR800D2N5K2/4G $38+ship 1/24/09
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134582

Take that $40 you just saved and get this MUCH FASTER hard drive:

WD Black WD6401AALS 640GB 32MB $80+0 1/24/09
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136319

The power supply you listed is not my favorite, but will probably work OK.

Additional 20% off w/ promo code "Jansave20", ends 1/31
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703018

CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 $60-20%+0 1/24/09
15% off w/Promo code Jansave20 through 1/31/09

The power output may sound small, but with 27amps and 30amps respectively on the 12v rail, these have plenty of oomph for your 4830 video card. These are both low dollar/high quality units. Hard to beat 'em.

+1 to Proximon go with the PCP&C 610w

Or if you thought maybe you would want to try xfire later on, I'd consider this...

That $750w is more expensive, but will allow xfire later on and if you don't want to throw out your card when you upgrade the graphics, that PSU would allow you to keep it and add another card. I believe you can add any card from the 4800 series for xfire (someone correct me if I'm wrong here...)
