Xp services wont open

Hello,
every time I try to open services, this is the error..

Windows internet explorer..

one or more active xcontrols couldn't be displayed because either:

1.your current security settings prohibit running activex on this page, or
2.you have blocked a publisher of one the controls...

as a result, the page might display correctly..

wont start with 'Run Comand' either..

any help? thanks

Go to your security setting in internet explore and check the securty settings. You may have to set it at a different level
