Download the manual for your router or look at the quickstart leaflet that came in the box.

Either will help you get to the network address of your router's setup pages via your internet browser.

If possible use a network cable to connect computer to router -- not wireless or you may get very confused and annoyed as the changes you make cut you off.

Once in the router setup you go to wireless security and select WPA PSK TKIP as the protocol, create a passphrase and save and exit.

Go to the wireless adapter user interface in Windows Networking (or the adapter's own user interface). Select WPA and apply your passphrase.

It's not quite as simple as that -- but that's why they supply a manual.
