hi .. home built pc has motherboard with onboard graphics a nvidia 8200 ( not that good )..the board has a PCI express x 16 slot...the motherboard has a thing called hybrid SLI tech...which apparently means i can run a seperate card together with the onboard graphics. but only two cards support it nvidia 8500gt and the nvidia 9800gt..as buget is tight i am looking at the 8500gt...my question is would it make a difference to the graphic performance or would buying another card to run on its own
just bought ati 4670 512 ddr3 and a extra 2gb of ram and run 3dbench and got a score of 12259 when i only got 1778 before...not a typo 1778...your help really worked cheers
