I can get a new DX58SO for $160 + $20 shipping

Should I go for it? I've heard it's a great intel board, but the problem is that it
only has 3 DDR3 triple channel + 1 DDR3 single channel RAM slot. And it doesn't have any
PS2 connectors so you don't have a backup if USB drivers fail.

Should I get that board, or should I go for an Asus P6T?

Also, what DDR3 RAM would anyone suggest? I've looked through newegg and am not sure whether to get 3x1 or 3x2, or what latency-timing to get.
preferably 1333 to keep it cheap
