H/w monitor status abnormal

Well I moved into my dads house for a month or two. When I came back the computer room AC was off, making the air 88 degrees. Im guessing its been 88-86 degrees in that room for a few months. So when I turned on the computer the ASUS goes on then a black screen appeares saying h/w monitor status abnormal. When I restart it sometimes it goes to that screen again, and sometimes it goes to ASUS and freezes, what should I do.

Also the 12V Voltage stays at 10 and then drops to 9 and its red
