GPU: PowerColor ATi Radeon HD5770
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB
Case+PSU: Thermaltake V3 w/450W PSU
COOLING : CoolerMaster Hyper TX3

im trying to overclock it to 4ghz, but failed in 15sec or so,
this what i did,
multiplyer at x20, didnt touch FSB,
VOLT: 1.375 to 1.50V NB FREQ:2000.0mhz to 2400.0mhz HT LINK: 2000.0mhz to 2400.0mhz, NB VOLT: 1.350V, RAM @ default)

I'd just leave it at 3.9 GHz, I think it's overheating, 55°C is close to the critical, 62°C is max and you upped the voltage quite a lot from 1.375 to 1.5 volts.

Meow is right, 1.5 V is very high for PH II. I would not exceed 1.45 V personnally on that CPU.
This sounds like a one shot, I imagine you aren't trying for 4 GHZ 24?7.

I recommend you drop the HT and NB speeds to 2200 or maybe even 2000 for this. Go to a 19 X multi and then raise the reference clock up 1 MHZ at a time. I am unsure if you can hit 4.0 on the TX3, but I think this would give you the best chance.

BTW, which OS are you running? AMD CPU's are notorious for being unable to hit 4.0 under 64bit operating systems.

BTW, I typically provide this link. It includes good info even if you aren't a newbie:
