Whats better high mhz or low latency? Actually, I'm not so sure, HIB. Most RAM that will run at 800 MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings will run at 1066 MHz at 5-5-5-15. It's virtually the same amount of time (4 cycles/800 MHz and 5 cycles/1066 MHz).
