already outfitted with

DVD burner on top slot
2 HDDs, one in HDD cage and the other in the sideway-facing cage (the one on the bottom)
EVGA GTX 260 core 216

550w Fatal1y Edition OCZ Psu

Gigabyte AM3 DDR3 mobo, 2 DDR slot left

so...

there's 1 hdd space left, would be 2 if the GPU wasn't blocking it, and there's all those front slots, all my 3 sata are taken up by 2 HDDs and DVD,

What about those 2 grey SATA input on the Mobo, they're GSATA, what does that mean?

anyway, what can you suggest, like fan controllers, fancy doodads, etc.,

And i know it's a crossfire board, though i went with Nvidia on this, oh well, wish SLI was on every mobo...
But, i can use another Nvidia card for physx, thou i'm not sure about that...

I'm not sure what you're requesting here. It sounds like all personal-preference items. If you want bling, go for something like illuminated case feet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6800888015, as without a window, internal light kits would be a waste.
Something like this might be useful to store a flash drive, a BIOS flashing utility, etc: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811999142
Something like this might quiet your fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811998019, although I had a case like that and it was already pretty quiet.
If you have a digital camera, maybe you want a flash card reader. The possibilities are really endless, but it depends on what you like or would find useful.

Don't know what to say man, you can go buy whatever you want but as for modding, that is a really small case and for things to put inside will be limited. And past that, the side panel isn't windowed so fancy LED lights and stuff like that is out also. If you want a fan controller for the 3 fans you got I think that's about it.

Past that I'd say go crazy and mod a window in then go get some lights.

ah, that drawer-in-your-computer looks cool, i'll get that...

I'm not modding at all, i just want suggestions to fill up the remaining drive bays, the drawer one being one way to do it, anything else?
