Your poll is fail and by how the 4850 is just as powerful as a 3870 X2, I think the 5870 will own the 4870X2 and then I'll wait for the 5870 x2 or x4

I come from 10 years in the future, matrox owns all of them. Unfortunately just like terminator, only biological matter can make it through time portal so i can't show you all.

I'm going to say since the upcoming 4890 or 4970 or whatever ATI might be calling it this week should be about the same as the 4850X2, maybe a bit more, so I'm guessing the 5870 will definitely be faster than the 4870 X2.

I would be surprised if the 4890 is as fast as a 4850x2 - given the relatively minor changes, it would have to practically perform miracles to beat a pair of 4850s.

As for the HD5000 series, it's impossible to say right now.

Their supposed to be opening up some of the tech, not just an overclock. Also 2 4850s generally outperform a 4850 X2 since it isn't well supported.
