That's a little vague.
Without the monitor you might get $200 (Canadian) assuming Windows is on it. It's only worth what somebody will pay for it.

I've seen pretty half-decent systems for as low as $400 (CDN) at Futureshop which are brand new with Vista Basic, 160GB HD, 2GB DDR2 RAM, DVD burner.

I can't comment on the monitor since I don't know what model it is. If it works, you might get $40 for it. You can get brand new 19" ones for as low as $130 (CDN).
