well be for i hade a ultra 550 watt psu the outher day i was playing prototype and my computer shut off well i turned it back on psu blew up so i went to buy a new on i get it in and now my motherboard wont work with sli nor 2 memory stick onley one i cant figure it out

You probably damaged the motherboard. That's why most of us insist on a top-quality power supply.
