Will a MaxOrb EX fit on a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P? Any help on this would be much appreciated. I've found a number of websites that state that it will. But after receiving it in the mail today, I don't see how.

I'm using a Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 3.0GHz E8400.

I've seen good reviews on the Xigmatek Red Scorpion S1283 or the Thermalright Ultra-120.

Would you suggest either one or have any other ideas?

To many heat sinks and capacitors in the way to use the MaxOrb.

Thanks
