Mobo & RAM for AM3 build?

Spec'ing out a new AM3 build for every day use, office productivity, some DVD authoring, and moderate gaming. Currently have the mobo and memory down to two choices and looking for input and comments from the forum citizens on which would be the "better" of the two options.

Not interested in an i7 build and too impatient to wait until i5 is released. While I appreciate and understand that i7 is the best available, I just don't have the need for that much processing power and an AM3 is plenty for my use.

Have a Sapphire 4870 1GB, a Creative X-Fi Extreme Gamer, case, monitor, ROMs, and hard drives already on hand. Looking to purchase a Phenom X4 955BE to live in one of the two following choices...

Asus M4A79T Deluxe & 2x2GB Patriot Viper DDR3 1600 CL7

or

MSI 790FX-GD70 & 2x2GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1333 CL6

Again, your input and comments on which mobo/RAM to go with would be appreciated. Thanks!
