Hard drive question

Hi Guys.
This is my first build and i'm stuck on what ata connector to use. There are a total of 8 ata connectors on my mobo. 6 red, one white, and one orange. I'm installing a wd 640 gig hard drive.
I'm confused as to what ata connector to use. Any advice is sure appreciated

Here's a Newegg review:
Pros: TONS of BIOS options, easy to overclock if you do your research. Runs 500 FSB no problem.
Updated BIOS with a flash drive to rev 1613 and it runs flawlessly.
Cons: So many options it can be overwhelming at first.
Confused for a while trying to find the difference between the 6 red SATA ports and the orange/white SATA ports.
If using just 1 SATA HDD, you should use the orange SATA port and set Drive Xpert to Normal.
Other Thoughts: The Q-Connector is very, very convenient.
