Im planning to upgrade my vid card. Which do you think is the best of these 3? Is it the
9500GT DDR3 256 MB 128 bit or
8600GT DDR3 256 MB 128 bit or
8500GT DDR3 256 MB 128 bit.
Id appreciate your inputs.

These are the only cards within my budget. I just want to be able to play NBA2K9 on 1280x800. My current card is 7300 LE 512 MB and I can only play well on 640x480 and the graphics sucks.

9600 GT or 4670, also some 4830s were going for under 100$

All of those cards are basically the same (Crap:)).Unless you don't game. Even if you don't game though I'd pay the extra 20$....I mean i found a 4670 for 49.99$ @ futureshop (Canadian Bestbuy). Which is really cheap!

the cards you mention all come from the same family almost. can't even do low in some games.

I would say for you to get decent frames in common games cod5 and nba 2k9
I would say nothing under a 4670 ATI or a 9600 GT Nvidia.

The best Price/Performance card to date is the 4830. Slightly edging out the 9800 Gt (8800 GT) for a cheaper or same price.
