Best OC for my setup

I was wondering which is more important for speed, ram timings or clock speed. I have a core duo e2140(stock 1.8Ghz, 8x Multiplier) which can run at 2.67Ghz at 1:1 with RAM which is at 333Mhz, timed at 5-4-4-14 2T. Or I clock it to 2.0Ghz at 1:1 with RAM at 250Mhz, timed at 3-3-3-1 2T. So should I go for tighter timings or faster clock rate.

An E2140 @ 2.67 GHz with looser timings than an E2140 @ 2.0 GHz with tighter timings overall.
