How much wattage do need to have ?

Wanting to know how much wattage i will need for my new build. How do find out how much you will need for what you are wanting? Plus room for future?

What does your new build contain? Specifically:
- what video card, will you add a second card, maybe a third?
- what CPU, will you overclock?
- lots of hard disks, TV tuner, other cards?
