Service Pack 2 "Fails" when I try to install it.

Hello,
I just purchased a used Fujitsu tablet pc. It has Windows XP Tablet Edition. I needed to apply the service packs. Service pack 1 installed okay. Service pack 2 returned a "Fail" message. I have made several attempts to install Service Pack 2, but the "Fail" message appears each time. Any ideas on what I should do?

Do you have all the requirements for service pack 2?

If yes, have you tried installing from safe mode? It might work.

try to check the system requirements for your fujitsu tablet if it's compatible with the sp2.
