New build

Hello Guys,

I just made a new build :

Gigabyte EP45C DS3R
E8400
4GB team extreme Elite dark PC 6400
Antec EA 500

the problem is that this build wont work for more than 10 minutes after which it will give a bsod and restart.

Any suggestions as to solve this problem?

I recently built an E8400 with an ASUS P5Q Pro motherboard and have no problems running it all day at 4.2GHz. Run a program that monitors your temps. It sounds to me like you may have a heat problem. Are you using the stock cooler? Sometimes people have to re-seat their heat sink fan due to a faulty contact initially.

the problem starts when i try to copy anything from one drive to another.it suddenly gives BSOD and restarts
