Yes, that will work on your DS4; mind you, it's a xFire only motherboard - if you want two graphics cards to gang for gaming, it only supports ATIs...

Yes, PCIe 2.0 is backwards compatiable with PCIe 1.x.
As long as your PSU is capiable of powering it, it will work just fine in your system.
