Raid installation/ hard drive space missing

i setup a raid with a 1tb and a 250 gb hard drive
the only option i had was to creat a volume for double the 250 gb size
is there anyway to increase the space on the 1tb hd without losing the data
also I wanted to know if i had it installed correctly...both drives are on the same volume
i have a p6x58d premium mobo
the software im using is the intel rapid storage for the devices
my main question is should these drives have their own volume and have separate partitions?

I could tell you he type if thats what you mean by level
Its Raid0
The hardrives are a seagate st 3250310as
and a hitachi hds721010cla332

the data strip size is 128kb

Are you asking how to utilize the other 750gb of space from the 1tb drive?
