My pc hangs on startup

Hello,
my pc hangs after boot,not working at all,what should i do?

By startup you mean on the -Windows with the loading animation screen-?
At that screen hold F8 down so you get into safe mode or more likely to the last good known configuration that you could try.

Or U can only go into the bios?

me 1 is right but if you still no luck for that steps, try to back up first all your data and do a clean install... hope it works...
