Best tv/ moniter for under 300 with shipping

Hello everyone. My monitor is dieing a very slow and annoying death. now it is flicking at me. arg the pain
anyways here is what i am looking for:
1. must have a DVI input
2. RCA connections for video and auido (RWY connections) more than one would be great.
3. must be below $300 with shipping.
4. must have a bigger screen resolution than 800x600
5. must have a cable tuner.
