Dell Dimension 4300S memory upgrade

I recently bought two memory cards of 512 MB each for my system. Apparently, I have to use low density memory, and these are high density. Is there any way I can upgrade my BIOS and use the memory I got, or will I need to exchange them for low density?

I would change them for low density. Bios updates won't help. Newegg and Fry's have good deals, or the "for sale" forums here and at anandtech.
