I was looking around on newegg after doing some reading on this website and others about various timings and voltages and speeds and how they affect each other and the stability, etc and these two kits caught my eye. Do you think they could be the same sticks but with different recommended/specified timings so that they can market them different?

Edit: one possibility that i just thought of(if they are the same sticks) is that during testing some failed the higher frequency testing and thus were relegated to the lower speed rating. This would be a little less shady :)

anybody know? I'm asking because i want to know if i could buy the faster(and cheaper) ram and then tighten up the timings to 7-7-7-20 like the other kit.
