Imageresizer runs but doesn't open

Hello,
all i get after installation is opporunities run but not open imageresizer. so i never get to any choices. i received .jpgs for a cat i'm trying to find a home for but i know the photos are too large and cumbersome for folks on my mailing list to take the time to open. in advance, for the kitty's sake, thanks for the help!

do you have microsoft office? it comes with microsoft image organizer which can resize images,

you can do resizing with mspaint as well

or you can download paint.net which is a free image editing software alike to photoshop
