Is HIS HD4870 IceQ4 a good card?

I am planning to get a brand new computer with HIS HD4870 IceQ, is it a good card or there is a better alternative in this price range? By the way, I am using it with Q9400, Gigabyte EP45-UD3P, 4GB 800 RAM, is this card cool for this list? Thanks a lot!

For a `normal` syatem (1 CPU, 2-4Gb RAM, 1-3 HDD, 1-2 optical and 1-4 fans) plus the HD480, you`ve plenty of power with the Corsair.
