Windows Delayed Write Failed;chkdsk fail;recover lost data?

I have lost soft ware and this notice always comes up i can not open incrdimail or other programs as well can you help me please.

It sounds like you disconnected an external drive without clicking the "Safely Remove Hardware" in the tray next to the clock. What other programs are not working ?
